10-day turbo diet – a sample 2-day diet

Day 1 (about 1000 kcal)

Meal 1: 250 g strawberries and orange (about 80-90 kcal).

Meal 2: egg, a slice of ham.

Meal 3: chicken, broccoli, tomato.

Meal 4: apple, walnuts.

Meal 5: blackberries, raspberries.

Meal 6: grapefruit, fig.

Day 2 (about 1000 kcal)

Meal 1: 250 g strawberries, orange.

Meal 2: 2 eggs scrambled eggs, sliced turkey ham

Meal 3: beets, onion, chicken.

Meal 4: walnuts.

Meal 5: cottage cheese light, a slice of ham.

Meal 6: onion, tomato, cucumber.

Nutrition model for the remaining days looks similar. You can mix low-calorie meals, choosing products from four groups. It can be a turbo cocktail diet because it is easy to prepare a cocktail from the recommended products.

Is the turbo diet safe?

The ingredients of the turbo diet are to be filling. Will strawberries and oranges satisfy you for a long time? Not likely.

Besides, the diet is low in calories – about 1000 kcal. This is very low in calories, even for a person with a low energy requirement.

Therefore, the caloric deficit can lead to side effects such as irritation, bad mood, hormonal disorders, weakened immunity. If a person who is on this diet just after its end returns to previous eating habits, he or she can expect a yo-yo effect.
