What is fibre

Fibre is recommended for people who lose weight because when they move with food to the stomach, it absorbs water and swells in the digestive tract. It artificially clogs up the stomach, so that hunger is not felt so intensively. Products rich in fibre provide a feeling of satiety for 3-4 hours. Their regular consumption does not stretch the stomach and reduces appetite.
