Health effect of green tea

An open question is what quantities of green tea should you drink?Research has yet to show whether drinking larger amounts brings better health benefits.Keep in mind that green tea contains caffeine (albeit less than coffee) and too high doses may cause insomnia.It is also necessary to investigate whether green tea may be helpful in arthritis or may lower high cholesterol
