LION’S MANE MUSHROOM – Hericium erinaceus

Hericium erinaceus (i.e. Lion’s Mane Mushroom) occurs in our forest, but this fungus is cultivated all over the World. Its hairy mushroom resembles monkey’s head, therefore it is called “monkey head”.
